Promoting Freedom of Expression and the Rule of Law by Ending Impunity for Crimes against Journalists – A Round table Discussion for Media Stakeholders

The Sri Lanka Press Institute (SLPI) partnered with UNESCO and International Media Support (IMS) on to organize a discussion, Promoting Freedom of Expression and the Rule of Law by Ending Impunity for Crimes against Journalists with Media Stakeholders. The roundtable took place on Monday, October 01, 2018, from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm at the Renuka City Hotel, Colombo 3

The roundtable focused on specific audiences: Representatives of the Sri Lankan Ministry of Finance and Mass Media, Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka, Sri Lankan Police and media organizations, Media Workers and International Media Support.
